The ancient town centre still has a typical medieval structure with many towers and historical buildings. Great churches such as the Duomo with its red brick façade or the Baroque style church of Santa Caterina would be a fantastic venue for a romantic ceremony.

Civil weddings are celebrated in the ancient Sala del Consiglio, located in the Palazzo Comunale in the centre of Alba, one of the best examples of architectural neoclassicism that has been recently restored. The hall has great 14th century paintings on its walls and great coffered ceiling.

The ceremony usually takes place during the morning, however afternoon ceremonies are also available. It is possible to customize your vows and add some readings in order to make the wedding as personal as possible.
