Destination Weddings in La Réunion

St. Denis is backed by hills and mountains, which offer great views of the capital, which is in fact the island's second. The original capital of La Réunion was St. Paul, now a quiet seaside town which is still worth visiting for its historic colonial buildings.

Réunion's premier beach area is St.-Gilles-Les-Bains. The name refers to a small 19th century village which has expanded to become a resort area focused around a 12 mile long lagoon with white sand beaches. There are also black sand beaches nearby, and just a mile inland you will find a breathtaking series of waterfalls and pools.
