Honeymoon in Italy, August 2004

John and I have just returned from our Italian Honeymoon - it was wonderful!  I just wanted to thank you for doing such a great job setting everything up for us, and let you know how everything went. 

Our hotel in Rome (Hotel Palazzo Cesi) was gorgeous - and the location was great!  We would never have even known there was a hotel there.  Our tour guide Paolo gave us a wonderful tour of Trastevere - and even went over the scheduled time!  What an incredible city . . .

In Florence, again, the hotel (Hotel Malaspina) was lovely. The city was beautiful, and our day trip into Tuscany with Silvia was a delight.  We can't wait to receive the wine and olive oil we ordered!  Venice and the Hotel Giorgione were a dream - so opulent!  The tour we had in Venice (with Fiona) was absolutely the best.  Fiona did an incredible job of giving us the history of the city on so many levels, and we saw things we would never have seen on our own.  All in all, it was the perfect honeymoon.  Thank you!!
