JOCHEN HEY & JUDITH MANTZELL

CATHOLIC WEDDING IN FLORENCE- AUGUST 10th, 2001

We thank you very much for your wishes to our wedding! We enjoyed every minute of the wedding day, and as I said everything went just fine.

The flower arrangements we had chosen on Tuesday were lovely, especially my bouquet. It was delivered timely and was just they way I wanted it to be. The hairdresser also did a good job. The singer was also amazingly good, and we enjoyed to listen to her very much.

We especially want to emphasize the good job of Julian Pio and Manuela, the translator. Without their personal effort it would not have been possible to hold the wedding mass in German. And as we told them, too, we did not want to "buy" a "standardized wedding package" and "consume" it like a tourist. And thanks to them and to you, we were indeed albe to celebrate a unique wedding with our closest family.

I forgot to mention the priest, Don Dante. He also gave us the feeling that we were welcome in his church, which was very important.

Then at the hotel Jochen and I were busy making the pictures all around and in the Villa Cora, which is even more beautiful than we expected. The dinner was great and especially the wines (we already tried to get them here in Germany, but it seems to be hopeless). I guess we sat there untill late after midnight. In the end the day passed too quickly and I wish I could turn back time and enjoy everything once again!

Thank you very much for taking care of the documents.

Judith and Jochen

DANIELLE ASCANI & TIM LEE

WEDDING IN VILLA DI MAIANO (FLORENCE)- JULY 23rd, 2001

Tim and I (Danielle) were looking to get married in Italy about a year ago. Nervous of pulling off something that is so detail oriented as a wedding we searched the Internet for agencies that could coordinate and perform the duties. After searching and researching the many options we chose Euroevents & Travel/Euroservices.

We chose this company for several different reasons:

They were expedient and patient in returning my emails of countless questions.

It was very easy to communicate with the company as they spoke excellent English.

They offered many, many different ideas and options when it came to locations, styles, etc. They were very detail oriented and kept on top of minute details that even I have overlooked. They were very reasonable with the cost of the events offered.

It was good to hear different ideas from someone who obviously was very familiar with the country and different regions when it came time to choosing a location.

My personal assistant handled my plans with such care as if I were the only client.

The caterers, photographers, videographers, DJ's etc... that they used were top notch and very, very creative.

So we finally chose Florence for our location and a Villa they had highly recommended.

We had 60 guests coming over so needless to say, I wanted it to be perfect. I wanted it to be worth everyone's money and time in traveling over all the way from the States.

Was I satisfied? Well, the Villa she had recommended was absolutely breathtaking as was the scenery, the food was to die for, the music was just what I wanted, the photographer and videographer captured every magical moment and the evening turned out to be... an absolute fairytale! I talk to my guests today and they say they still can't stop talking about how incredible it was not to mention that every single one of them said how proud they were that I pulled off an evening right out of a storybook from so far away. My response is always the same... I barely did half of it, I had an extraordinary wedding coordinator.

They all said that it was the most incredible wedding they have ever been too and will talk about it for years.

I have to also mention that several of our guests, not having been to Italy before also had emailed them to arrange tours, cars or just had simple questions about their travel. They were able to handle every issue and detail and was very kind and courteous to my guests.

The officiant who stayed with me all day and performed the ceremony was so professional and made us feel so relaxed. He also took us to some personal places so we were able to capture beautiful photos without a crowd of tourists in the pictures.

I can go on forever detail after wonderful detail. The fact remains, it is a very special day, a once in a lifetime event, and we can honestly say we wouldn't have done it any other way. I must say I don't think I had butterflies at all because they took such great care and pride in planning our day.

I plan on using the company for all of my trips abroad because I can trust that they will make our stay as wonderful, safe, and as memorable as it possibly can be.

My personal assistant (whom I have cultivated a beautiful friendship with) was just amazing in making the most special day a day that not only will I but 60 of our friends and family will never, ever forget.

We had such a fantastic time and special day but at the end of the evening, we had all wished it could have lasted forever and been frozen in time.

Sincerely,

Danielle and Tim Lee

Again from Danielle and Tim Lee:

Hello!

I just wanted to let you know and personally thank you for making our wedding the most memorable ever.

We can't thank you enough, every single detail was perfect! It was so smooth and every person we worked with was so professional that day. Our local assistant was terrific, handled everything perfectly and did a top-notch ceremony.

The staff of the villa was just great, very attentive to all of our needs.

The food, photos, videos, DJ... we couldn't have asked for better results.

I wanted to let you also know how incredibly wonderful and talented my wedding coordinator was. She is a born coordinator. She handled every detail with such care. My guests that had contacted her for whatever the questions might have been were also pleased with how courteous she was as well as helpful. I didn't have a single butterfly when the time came because I knew she had taken such pride in making sure everything was perfect. Please congratulate her on a wonderful job.

Tim and I were so happy with the way everything turned out. It could have been wonderful but instead your company made it a fairytale page taken right from a story book.

We look forward to working with you again as we plan our next trip abroad.

Sincerely yours,

Danielle Lee

Wedding in Villa Cora - March 11th 2001

We could not have hoped for a more perfect day as the day of our wedding. Our wedding took place on March 11, 2001 at the Villa Cora in Florence, Italy. Everything went flawlessly and every detail was covered. This perfect day was mostly due to the incredible professionalism and attention of the wonderful Euroevents and Travel Company, our wedding coordinators Sonia and Julian, and the wonderful staff of the Villa Cora.

Planning a wedding overseas can be a stressful experience, but Euroevents and Travel made it seem simple and painless. From the first day they continually impressed us with their attention and detailed answers to all our questions. They always got back to us promptly with answers to our questions, examples of various services and unique suggestions of all possibilities. They had suggestions to fit every budget. All of our needs were met and the places they recommended were all top rate. Every professional they recommended we use were impeccably professional, from the hairdresser and makeup artists, to the photographer and videographer.

They also helped with every step of the legal process, to make sure all things were in place for the big day. The legal process can be intimidating, but someone from their staff was with us the moment we arrived in Italy to walk us through everything.

When the big day arrived, we were a bit nervous that everything would go smoothly, as we hadn't seen the flowers or the cake and some other things in person. However we found that we had no reason to be nervous-everything was beautiful. The flowers were among the freshest and most beautiful we had ever seen, and the cake was exactly as we had requested. The hairdressers and makeup artists they sent that day were so wonderful and attentive, and really worked with us and listened to what we wanted. The photographs are among the best we have ever seen-and many of our friends have commented that they have never seen their equal. The video was thorough and complete-no major event was missed, they captured it all and put together a wonderful video preserving our memories. Everyone providing a service arrived promptly and everything was done exactly on schedule. No detail was missed.

The place we held the wedding, the Villa Cora was one of the most breathtaking places we have ever seen. It was as if we were a prince and princess in a palace on that day, and the staff treated us as if we were royalty. The food was some of the most delicious we have ever tasted, and our guests were delighted by the décor and the unbeatable cuisine.

We will remember this beautiful day for the rest of our lives and are so thankful we did something truly unique for our day. Marrying in Italy, which we feel is the most beautiful place on earth, will always be our most treasured memory. Euroevents and Travel was with us every step of the way and made this all possible. We cannot recommend them highly enough-they will make your special day perfect! Please feel free to contact us directly for more information.

ANNIE and RON SALZ

Wedding in Florence, Tuscany

Ron and I had a great day and wanted to thank you and Rosanna for the arrangements and help! We enjoyed the carriage and horse ride to the Town Hall very much! The hairdresser was great and I liked the flowers a lot also. And the ceremony was fun in the red velvet room! I liked the music that was played by classical guitarist - he was very sincere and gave us a list of the songs he sang! We liked the restaurant and the lunch we had - they were very nice to us and even gave us a picture of us cutting the cake they gave us for dessert! The photographer was also very nice and we hope the photos turn out as there should be some fun ones!

Also we enjoyed Iacopo as our coordinator, particularly on the wedding day, he was very sweet and helpful.

Thanks again for a memorable day!

KIM & ALAN HICKS

Wedding at Villa Cora (Florence)

...Hello!

Happy New Year.

I have only just returned to work as after our week in Florence we went to Canada skiing and enjoyed fabulous white Christmas.

Whilst in Florence we also went to Venice, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and did lots of driving throughout Tuscany.

The wedding turned out beautifully!! Mr Giustini at Villa Cora was fantastic and incredibily helpful. The Mirror Hall was perfect as were the flowers, music, food and cake. I wil be sending him a thank you email as well.

The celebrant, photographer and videographer were all great fun and very obliging despite the language barrier and by the time they had finished for the evening thgey seemed more like guests rather than professionals who were working. Please forward our thanks to them again.

And for all the hard work you did... thank you very, very much! I know that I had lots of questions and concerns and you helped with all of them. The wedding was just wanted we wanted...it was beautiful, very emotional, with some of the guests crying, I was crying a little and Alan was trying to make me laugh.

Again, thank you for everything,

Kim and Alan
