Types of Wedding Ceremonies

Couples come to us to plan all types of wedding ceremonies; from Religious to Civil to Symbolic. 

A Catholic destination wedding will follow the standard Catholic pre-cana requirements which are pretty much the same around the world.  We will handle the correspondence with the local priest.

Religious weddings such as Protestant, Jewish or Orthodox have different requirements, depending on the actual location, so check with your wedding planner for exact details based on where you choose to marry.

Civil destination weddings will also follow different paperwork steps, and some countries require a residency period such as France, while others such as Italy do not.

Symbolic weddings are the easiest of all and very popular.  Although they do not carry civil recognition, they do allow you to plan a ceremony without restrictions and just about anywhere including your own villa, castle or special location.   The format can follow whatever traditions you wish, we furnish the celebrant and provide a beautiful hand calligraphy certificate.
