Each country has differing rules regarding tipping. In many cases, the service is already included (France and Italy for example) while in others; you are expected to add a gratuity. It is best to check individually with your wedding planner.
Regarding your wedding and any related services tipping is not necessary – your wedding package or custom travel itinerary is all-inclusive.
