All clients will meet with their on-site wedding planner once they arrive the country they plan to marry in; the on-site coordinator handles the wedding entirely and is your point person. If you wish to fly over prior to the event to see the reception venues and meet with some of the service providers, that is also possible. These site inspections are quoted on a case to case basis, depending on number of hours or days required.
