Payment schedules are clearly set out in our contracts and as a courtesy, our accounting department makes every effort to advise you ahead of time of upcoming deadlines.
Should a payment be missed, late fees will apply, it is the client's responsibility to pay us in a timely manner for our services just as it is our responsibility to furnish you with the services included in your contract on the date and time scheduled of your event.
