If problems arise you should contact your personal coordinator immediately with details of what has happened. Larger group weddings should book accommodations as far in advance as possible in order to guarantee availability.  If you wish to secure our services in booking any rooms all reservations, changes and confirmations should pass through us and not the hotel. This will avoid problems such as double bookings.
