Emergency Cancellations

Special emergencies are dealt with on a case-to-case basis. We have had emergency situations in the past and we certainly do everything to assist the client in such cases.

However our contracts cannot be different for each client - a company cannot be run on exceptions. You should feel free to contact our references to see if we are a serious company and do take care of our couples when special situations do arise.

Euroevents realizes this is a very important event in both your lives and every assistance is offered to help find a solution and the situation will be evaluated at the time the need arises. To make predictions or speculations is not advisable.

Payments are retained to compensate the work that has been done by our service providers and us.

Example: A photographer who has been booked months in advance and is suddenly cancelled last minute cannot accept another job and therefore incurs a loss of income.
