Change Wedding Date

Should situations arise requiring you to cancel or postpone your wedding the procedure is to contact your wedding planner immediately in writing. 

She will then verify with our service providers and wedding ceremony location as to any penalties and options and follow-up with you on alternatives.  Obviously the sooner you communicate such information the better and the closer a cancellation or postponement comes to your wedding date the harder it will be to avoid incurring penalties or additional costs.  We will do everything possible to assist you in any case.  For emergencies we do offer a re-booking coverage, just ask your wedding coordinator for details.
